Founded in March 2003, Nine Twenty Development LLC was formed by twin brothers, Richard and Robert Trepanier. Specializing in the building of homes in the city of St. Louis, 920 Development recognizes the craftsmanship of these homes and takes pride in each step of their construction.

920 Development is dedicated to the workmanship of their homes. Through experience gained from each completed home, 920 Development focuses on meeting buyer's needs by mixing historical integrity with green building standards and modern amenities.

Transplants from Michigan, Richard and Robert Trepanier are extremely dedicated to St. Louis, the city they now call home. In cooperation with numerous St. Louis officials, neighborhood organizations and community members, 920 Development is eagerly anticipating what the future holds for them and their new home town.

St. Louis is a city on the move. In the coming years, St. Louis will be one of the most attractive cities to live in the U.S. and 920 Development will continue to stand beside St. Louis and in the front of the movement to continue to bring St. Louis to greatness.
